Describe yourself in 3 words?

Anything But Ordinary

Best advice ever given?

Stay humble and be true to yourself, you’ll go far.

Who is your biggest supporter?

My boyfriend he’s definitely like my cheerleader. Its refreshing to have someone care so much about your career as you do.

Who has been the biggest influence on your life?

My mom. She used to work 3 jobs to keep food on the table and struggle. She taught me how to be a hard worker, be able to fend for myself, and care about others more than yourself.

How and when did you start into modeling and fitness?

When I was 20 a make up artist that had worked on me for a music video asked if I would want to try modeling. She said she had a picture of me in her makeup portfolio and people were always asking about me. She set up my first shoot with a location, photographer, hairstylist, and wardrobe stylist. As they say the rest is history.

What keeps you motivated to keep training hard and eating right?

Honestly its been easy lately for me to stay motivated because I want to be my best self. I fell as I have gotten older I have aged gracefully but your body can tell your age quickly as well if you don’t take care of it so I try to always treat my body right.

What is the biggest highlight of your career?

Being successful enough that I could pick and choose my jobs instead of taking every photoshoot offer that came my way. It’s nice to have the financial independence.

What kind of training routine do you follow?

I do a lot of outcome workouts and cardio. Legs and abs are always my focus so: kickbacks, squats, lunges, sumo squats, crunches, bicycle crunches.. just to name a few.

How much and what types of cardio do you do?

I like to do the stair master or sometimes I switch up with the tread climber since my gym has one.

Do you have any diet?

I wouldn’t say I have a diet because I don’t stick to specific foods daily. I just make healthy choices and indulge when I feel I need to.

What is your favorite healthy food?

Sushi!!!

And your favorite cheat food?

Anything sweet.. probably doughnuts. But I love Ball park food like Nachos, chicken fingers, fries. I’m like a 5 year old with food! lol

What magazines have you been in over the course of your career?

Fitness Girls, FHM, Maxim, Skinnie Magazine, Tapout Magazine, Fighters Only, MMA Worldwide, just to name a few.

And which magazine or project is still on your bucket list?

Sports Illustrated like always!

Any fitness tips you want to share with us?

If you are going to cheat don’t stress about it after. When you stress you release cortisol which will hold onto fat. So if you cheat just be happy about it and the next day start clean again. You may surprise yourself and wake up leaner 😉

In five years from now, where do you see yourself and your career?

Well in 5 years honestly I hope to be a mom. Still modeling but what I may be modeling may change by then! lol

Who is your biggest beauty inspiration?

I love Amrezy, Brittany Bear, and Arianny Celeste.

Who are some of your favorite models and designers, and why?

Right now probably Kylie Jenner just because I feel like she is such a chameleon. She can change her hair color, hair length, makeup and still pull it off which many people can not do!

What are your makeup bag staples when traveling?

Clinique Foundation, Nars Mascara, Nars Highlighter, and chapstick!!

What other modeling projects have you done?

So many to list! Tapout, O’Neal, Sullen, No Fear, Fresh Peaches..that is just my first 2 years..

What is fun and rewarding about modeling?

I love getting your pictures back and just falling in love with a photo. Because at the end of the day no matter how pretty you are it doesn’t mean you are going to be a good model. I don’t think I’m the most pretty girl out there but I do think I know my angles and can give you what you need the photo to be.

What’s your advice for the newer models?

Practice makes perfect. Everyone has a good side. Everyone has positions that don’t look good on them. Practice, figure out what works for you, and go!

What music do you like?

I love Country music but I listen to KIISFM too.

Do you support any charity?

I support a lot of charities! Working Wardrobes, Habitat for Humanity, Wounded Warriors, and the fight against the Yulin Meat Festival!

3 things you can’t leave home without?

Chapstick, my cell phone, and probably keys or I wouldn’t be able to go anywhere! lol

Your idea of a perfect Sunday is?

If it is a day free just staying home and laying by the pool or playing with my dogs! I am always so busy its nice to just do nothing!

What do you think of Social Media?

I don’t mind social media there will always be things to complain about and negative aspects to everything so it just depends on if you use it for the right reasons and at the end of the day you are being a good person!
